Lung diseases, eye damage and other illnesses are caused by the smoke that is breathed when cooking with firewood over an open fire, with girls, boys and women being the most affected. adding to this situation, damage to the environment from excessive felling of trees. The PSSC promoting good living, through education and prevention, makes it easier for the less privileged people to install and train in the use of ecological wood-saving stoves, those that consume up to 50% less wood, and the smoke is extracted outside the house by means of a chimney; Thus ensuring a better quality of life for communities, their families and avoiding deforestation, therefore the conservation of forests and wildlife.
